
Dr. Yukiko Maeda is an Associate Professor of Educational Psychology and Research Methodology in Department of Educational Studies at Purdue University. Dr. Maeda has a strong interest in applied research methodology, spending a good deal of time collaborating with researchers in a variety of education fields to assist their quantitative research design and analysis. Her interest is directed by her core research goal: enhancing the validity of conclusions drawn from observational data in education. In particular, she has expertise in meta-analysis, multilevel modeling, and data-driven decision making with large-scale data. As a Co-PI in ParaImpact, Dr. Maeda will offer her expertise to help pilot the revised professional development model through a randomized control trial study in Year 3.
